Hi I'm Ken Stanley

Ken Stanley is a North Georgia native who’s spent most of his life enjoying the woods, waters, and wide-open spaces that make the region so special. After graduating from North Hall High School and earning an engineering degree from Southern Tech (now Kennesaw State), he launched a successful career in information technology (IT) with companies like AT&T, BellSouth, Cisco, and a couple dot.coms. But while the tech world paid the bills, his heart was always outdoors.  That passion led him to a 12-year career in the outdoor industry beginning with Realtree before making the leap into real estate in 2015.  Ken specializes in land, farm, and rural residential properties, and has helped a wide range of clients—from first-time buyers to seasoned investors, including a sitting Governor of Georgia. Known for his integrity, local insight, and client-focused approach, Ken takes pride in building long-lasting relationships based on trust and results.  Outside of work, he’s a proud dad of two grown daughters, and even served as President of their school’s charter board and PTO.  If you're looking to buy or sell property in North Georgia, Ken would be honored to help—just don’t be surprised if he sneaks in a hunting or fishing story along the way.
